Salesforce Configuration Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary: The Salesforce Analyst is responsible forsupporting and improving our SFDC environment by collaborating with ITand business users to sustain and improve an environment that enables usto operate simply and efficiently within our environment.This role will leverage technical expertise and customer serviceskillset to troubleshoot and correct production issues within Salesforceas well as collaborate with business SME's to continue to enhance ourusage of the SFDC platform. This role will work closely with businessand IT stakeholders to understand the application, the business processthat it supports and build relationships with key business users.Project Details: Participate in an after-hours support rotation toprovide support to end users if necessary Act as the End-to-end owner ofproblems, issues, or escalations Perform escalations when necessary toSalesforce or internal departments and work with the other party toresolve the issue to the satisfaction of the end user Work with theBusiness owners, IT Business Analysts and vendors to helpcreate/code/configure small enhancements as requested by the business oridentified by the application team staff Work effectively in a teamenvironment to provide enhancements and support to our users in a timelymanner and with a positive customer service attitude Act as a primarysupport point and escalation point for L2/L3 issues fromour facilities and offices across North America Job Experience: Deepknowledge of platform including proficiency in SalesforceLightning. Self-starter who is assertive, independent and can workwithout close supervision on multiple, concurrent projects. Outstandingverbal and written skills. Strong documentation and training skills.Ability to lead and facilitate diverse groups of people to move towardssolutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Deepunderstanding of Agile methodology and experience implementing projectsusing them. Experience with Jira user story creation, backlog navigationand maintenance.
