Talent AcquisitionManager, Sales - The Auto Club Group What you will do: The Manager,Talent Acquisition (TA) leads a high-impact recruiting functionresponsible for driving strategic, scalable talent acquisitioninitiatives that directly support ACG's enterprise-wide growth andworkforce objectives. This role provides leadership across multipleclient groups and recruitment teams, acting as a key partner to seniorbusiness leaders and HR stakeholders to shape and execute talentstrategies that anticipate future business needs. With a strong focus onperformance enablement, operational excellence, and continuousinnovation, the Manager, TA is accountable for building a culture ofaccountability, engagement, and data-driven decision-making within theTalent Acquisition team. The role also plays a critical part indesigning and enhancing ACG's TA infrastructure to support quality,speed, diversity, and compliance in hiring outcomes. KeyResponsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Provide strategicdirection to a team of recruiters and Associate Managers, fostering aculture of high performance, accountability, and engagement. Strategic Talent Acquisition Execution: Translatebusiness priorities into recruiting strategies that balance quality,speed, and scalability.
