If you love connecting data to real business impact, this is a role where your work truly moves the needle What You Will Do: u2022 Build and evolve sales dashboards and performance reporting that drive action. u2022 Identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance trends across customers and categories. u2022 Partner with Revenue Growth and Category teams to evaluate pricing, promotions, and profitability. u2022 Translate data into compelling, customer-ready sales stories and materials. u2022 Improve data accuracy, workflows, and reporting processes through continuous improvement and automation. u2022 Support key commercial initiatives such as new product launches, pricing changes, and annual planning. u2022 Use internal (e.g., BEX, SAP) and external data sources like (e.g. Stratum, Market6, and Circana) to provide inputs that inform business planning and execution. u2022 Drive continuous process improvementu2014helping streamline workflows, improve reporting templates, and reduce challenges for customer execution. u2022 Maintains a pulse on market trends, shopper behavior, and competitive activity to support proactive recommendations. What We Look For: u2022 Bacheloru2019s Degree and 5+ years of experience in a sales analytics, sales operations, or commercial support role ideally within the CPG, Retail or Food Industry u2022 Experience working with syndicated data tools, and customer-facing portals, BEX experience a plus u2022 Previous experience turning complex data into clear business narratives u2022 Expert in Excel and PowerPoint and MS Office What We Offer: The base salary range for this position is $66,375 - $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
