Electronics Manufacturing Technician

Description: Entry-level, full-time position in light manufacturing. The Electronics Manufacturing Technician participates in required tasks for testing and final assembly of electronic systems. This is a full-time, salaried position. Annual salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience level, but starts at $19.50/hr minimum equivalent. Associate degree or other continuing education, particularly in Electrical Technology or equivalent technical field, is a plus.u2022u00a0Hands-on individual with strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in circuit-level (PCB) electronics.u2022 Prior experience in manufacturing &/or electronics is a plus.u2022 Basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).u2022 Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.u2022 Meticulous attention to detail.u2022 Ability to work effectively and efficiently under delivery deadlines.u2022 A positive attitude, exemplary attendance and being a reliable team player.u2022 IPC certifications are a plus.Job Duties:u2022 Load firmware onto electronic circuit boards.u2022 Operate custom test rigs to verify electronics are functioning correctly.u2022 Hand assemble the final product to drawing specifications using basic equipment like hand tools.u2022 Receive vendor inventory and complete receiving checkout procedures.u2022 Identify and troubleshoot product quality issues and assist with non-conformance tracking.u2022 Effectively learn and retain key work procedures.
