CNC Milling Machine Operator - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 26-00048Pay Range: $28.00 - $38.00/HR Permanent Position with BenefitsResponsibilitiesu2022 Set up, program and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications and production requirements.u2022 Assemble tooling and fixtures necessary for machining operations.u2022 Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output.u2022 Perform routine maintenance on milling machines to ensure optimal performance.u2022 Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers to verify dimensions of machined parts.u2022 Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards.u2022 Safely operate forklifts for material handling as needed within the factory environment.Skillsu2022 Proficient in operating CNC milling machines with knowledge of Fanuc controls preferred.u2022 Strong understanding of machining principles, including tooling, assembly, and quality control practices.u2022 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.u2022 Familiarity with factory environments and safety regulations.u2022 Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.u2022 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
