Company: The Davey Tree Expert Company Locations: Jacksonville, FL Additional Locations: N/A Work Site: On Site Req ID: 219941 Position Overview The CLS Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth for designated Commercial Landscape Services markets through effective sales strategies and client presentations. This role involves generating and managing client pipelines, conducting market research, developing competitive proposals, collaborating with senior management to create business development plans, and ensuring accurate reporting and performance tracking to support decision-making. Job Duties u25cf Drive revenue growth for Commercial Landscape Services (CLS) by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. u25cf Generate and manage a robust pipeline of clients in target markets through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts. u25cf Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competition, and develop strategies for expanding the Company's client base and market presence. u25cf Collaborate with senior management to create and implement a comprehensive business development plan that supports the Company's strategic goals and facilitates market expansion. u25cf Develop and manage sales proposals and contracts to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and successful project execution. u25cf Facilitate collaboration and coordination among teams to ensure successful project execution, client satisfaction, and effective communication of expectations. u25cf Promote brand awareness and generate leads by effectively representing the company at events, utilizing digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional strategies. u25cf Ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking of sales activities, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. u25cf Pursue continuous improvement and professional development to enhance skills and effectiveness in landscaping and business development. u25cf React appropriately in an emergency situation. u25cf Perform other related duties as assigned. u25cf Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules. Qualifications u25cf Required: Bacheloru2019s degree from a four-year college or university; or associateu2019s degree with one year of outside sales experience building relationships and expanding a client database; or high school diploma or equivalent with two yearu2019s of outside sales experience building relationships and expanding a client database; or equivalent combination of education and experience. u25cf Required: Proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain exceptional attention to detail, resulting in increased sales performance and client satisfaction. u25cf Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties. u25cf Required: Driveru2019s license. u25cf Preferred: Demonstrated record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals. u25cf Preferred: Results-oriented professional with a proven ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. u25cf Preferred: Fluency in Spanish is beneficial.
