Appropriately assesses suicide, violence, and elopement potential. + Facilitates appropriate milieu management within the emergency departments and medical units. Responds to potentially dangerous situations with low-level interventions to avoid harm to patients and staff. + Participates in higher-level interventions, including take-downs when necessary.
