The position offers a clear pathway toward future leadership and potential shareholder opportunities for the right individual.Role OverviewThe Senior Accountant will be a key member of the assurance team, supporting audit, review, compilation, and advisory engagements. This position includes direct client contact, collaboration with firm leadership, and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as the firm grows.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and performing audit, review, and compilation engagementsPrepare financial statements and related deliverablesManage accounting services and client accounts across various industriesLead monthly closings, reconciliations, and journal entry preparationPrepare and analyze core financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flowProvide general business and management advisory servicesCollaborate directly with firm leadership and support new client onboardingQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)CPA license or active pursuit of CPA (required)Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and ability to research applicable guidanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks OnlineIndependent, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environmentHigh cognitive, emotional, and social intelligenceWhy This Opportunity Stands OutThis role offers a supportive, dynamic environment with exposure to a diverse client base and meaningful, engaging work.
