City : Delphos State : Ohio (US-OH) Country : United States (US) Requisition Number : 43309 A Day in the Life:The Meal Operator is responsible for soybean processing operations at the Delphos, OH facility, such as shipping, receiving, drying, and storage of beans, and operating equipment to load trucks and rail cars with soybean meal. Company paid uniforms, safety shoes, health and safety incentives, and great opportunities for training and advancement. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Position Details:12-hour shift (2-2-3) schedule on night shift, 5pm-5am $25.70 an hour plus a $1.00 an hour night shift differentialBunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays.What You’ll be Doing:Move rail carsOperate meal grinding equipmentLoad and unload trucks and rail cars with soybean mealLoad outbound oil trucksMonitor computers and make process adjustments as necessaryCommunicate process and equipment deficiencies with other operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisorsPerform cleaning within the departmentClean silos and bowls in preparation for harvestAssist coworkers as needed Perform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Ability to follow policies and proceduresBasic computer and mechanical skillsGood communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentWillingness to work overtime and flexible hoursPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in an industrial environmentAt Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
