How will your days be spentResponsible for preparing presentation materials such as conceptualdrawings, 3D renderings and visualization, and digital 3D and physicalmodels. Develop and modify design and technical solutions throughout allphases of a project. Participate and contribute to design discussions,idea generation, and design work in drawing, model and 3D image formats.Work closely with team members and assist to complete projects onaggressive schedules by meeting deadlines within expected time andbudget constraints. Generate revisions and corrections from outlinemock-ups, redlined drawings and project document sets. Attend clientmeetings to observe the overall process and develop presentation skills.Participate in construction site visits to better understand theconstruction process. Begin to recognize and document conflicts thatarise during construction and offer alternatives to resolve theseissues. What you bring to this role Experience: Minimum of one year ofrecent and relevant architectural experience required. Experience in oneof Flad's market segments preferred. Portfolio that demonstrates a highlevel of skill in design thinking and presentation media required.Software: Proficiency in Rhino or SketchUp, and 3D rendering softwarerequired. Beginner Revit knowledge required; have at least one yearrecent Revit experience in an academic or professional setting.Understands how Revit works, but may not have completed a project fromstart to finish. Has made edits to existing drawings, models, termediate Revit knowledge preferred. Experience with real timerendering engines (e.g., Enscape, Twin Motion, etc.) to generate stillanimations and renderings, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality(VR), visual scripting programs (e.g., Grasshopper and Dynamo), AdobeCreative Suite, and AutoCAD preferred. Education: Bachelor's orMaster's degree in architecture required. NAAB accredited professionaldegree or Master's degree in architecture preferred. Sustainabilityaccreditation preferred.
