JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job#: 3017974 Job Description: Our great client has animmediate REMOTE opening for a Blaze Rule Developer. We are seeking anexperienced Business Rule Writer to design, develop, and maintaincomplex business rules and decision logic using FICO Blaze AdvisorBusiness Rules Management System (BRMS). The ideal candidate will workclosely with business analysts and IT teams to automate decision-makingprocesses, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with businesspolicies. Key Responsibilities Rule Development: Translate businessrequirements into executable rules using the Blaze Advisor platform'stools, which include decision tables, decision trees, rule flows, andStructured Rules Language (SRL). Testing and Validation: Create andmanage test cases to perform unit and system testing, troubleshoot rulelogic issues, and ensure that deployed solutions meet performance andcompliance standards. Documentation and Governance: Maintaincomprehensive technical documentation, manage version control, andensure all changes adhere to governance and audit standards. Deploymentand Support: Participate in the installation, configuration, anddeployment of rule services into various environments (development,testing, production), and provide ongoing support and performanceoptimization. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in developingand implementing FICO Blaze Advisor business rules applications. Strongknowledge of Blaze Structured Rule Language (SRL) and Rule MaintenanceApplication (RMA). Experience with decision modeling and rule authoringtools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translatecomplex business problems into logical, automated decision solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectivelycollaborate with both technical IT teams and non-technical businessusers/stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies andexperience with version control systems. Education A bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a relatedfield, or equivalent work experience. FICO Blaze or other BRMScertifications are advantageous.
