FTE: 0.750000 Standard Hours: 30.00Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: 3 shifts per week, 8-1830 Holidays:rotation Weekends: every 4th weekend Job Summary: The Staff RN -Ambulatory Services works collaboratively as an active member of theinterprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and familycentered care. The Staff RN - Ambulatory Services systematically andcontinuously collects and assesses data related to patient health statusto develop, execute and evaluate the plan of care. The Staff RN -Ambulatory Services utilizes evidence to drive clinical decisions andpractice related to individual and population health. The Staff RN -Ambulatory Services establishes goals and strategies for meeting carecoordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/orother care providers. The Staff RN - Ambulatory Services considersfactors related to safety, effectiveness and fiscal accountability inplanning and delivering care. The Staff RN - Ambulatory Servicesdelegates and supervises care in accordance with the WI Nurse Practice.The Staff RN - Ambulatory Services participates in continuous qualityimprovement initiatives and assumes responsibility for theirprofessional development.
