Job Description

Position Summary Provide high-level human resources support to the International Directorate by assisting with manpower planning and staffing requirements funded through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and supporting personnel/manpower management activities. Key Responsibilities u00b7 Lead/support manpower planning and staffing requirements funded through FMS. u00b7 Provide integrated support for personnel and manpower management activities supporting and sustaining the F-35 program. u00b7 Advise stakeholders on HR/manpower process execution and deliverables as required. Requirements Minimum Qualifications u00b7 BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline. u00b7 Minimum 10 years performing duties described in the functional description. u00b7 U.S. citizenship required. u00b7 Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain/maintain Secret (interim may be acceptable per contract requirements). Preferred Qualifications u00b7 Federal human resources and/or manpower experience. u00b7 Familiarity developing FMS manpower packages. u00b7 Experience providing senior-level HR support in DoD or international program environments (preferred). Education/Experience Substitution Education/Experience Substitution: An Associate's degree plus 5 additional years of related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree; a GED and/or relevant technical certification plus 10 additional years of work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. Additional Notes u00b7 Must be able to work effectively in a secure, mission-focused environment supporting Government stakeholders. u00b7 Must maintain professionalism, discretion, and high attention to detail in handling sensitive information. u00b7 Must be able to use standard productivity tools and Government collaboration platforms as required.
