Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Execution Support to support a high-visibility program office at Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. The scope of this A&AS support contract is to provide a broad range of professional services to help the execute effective and responsive integrated program management of research, development, test, evaluation, production, modernization, lifecycle acquisition, and sustainment activities. This position will be at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.Responsibilities:The candidate will provide support to a high-visibility program office at Air Force Life Cycle Management Center.The candidate will be expected to apply broad and flexible program management execution knowledge and experience to organize and manage resources and personnel needed to efficiently and effectively accomplish USAF and AFLCMC program office objectives consistent with DoD 5000.02 and USAF policies and procedures.The candidate will provide direct advisory and assistance support (A&AS) to U.S. Air Force customers in a high visibility U.S. Air Force Program Office.The candidate will work side by side with customers and other A&AS contractors in the Program OfficeThe candidate will interface with major defense contractors who supply critical defense capabilities.The candidate will typically work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of the program and perform all functional duties independently.Personnel in a Senior labor category may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific jobQualifications:TS/SCI ClearanceA minimum of 10 years of relevant DoD acquisition experience and a Master's degree; or a minimum of 15 years of relevant DoD acquisition experience and a Bachelor's degree; or a minimum of 25 years of relevant DoD acquisition experienceNo less than four (4) years experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment within the last five (5) yearsFive (5) of these years must have been in an acquisition program office on an ACAT I or ACAT II DoD acquisition program as either Program/Project Manager (PM), deputy PM, or Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead and must have occurred within two (2) years of selection for employment under this contractProgram management experience with the Earned Value Management System on one or more ACAT I and/or ACAT II acquisition programsExperience developing and coordinating DoD 5000.02 acquisition milestone plans and associated reporting documentation for one or more ACAT I and/or ACAT II acquisition programsExperience preparing documentation, presentation materials, and staff packages to support acquisition milestone coordination and decisionsExperience staffing acquisition planning documentation and reports at the HQ-AF and DoD levelsExperience developing and supporting executive-level (O-7 and SES) briefings as well as scheduling and coordinating acquisition documents, reports, and briefings with senior Air Force and government stakeholdersEducation Requirements:None to Master's Degree, depending on experienceFor additional company information, please visit: Work:Our co-workers support some of the most important and critical programs to our national defense and security.Values:Our first core value is that employees come first.
