Job#: 3018411Job Description:u00a0Project Manager (Non-Tech) 3 -- Contract RoleLocation: RemoteTeam: Office of the Chief of Staff (COS)Visibility: High-impact role supporting an L2 COS leaderRole OverviewThis Project Manager (Non-Tech) 3 role sits at the intersection of program management, internal communications, and visual content operations. You'll manage the structure, clarity, and rhythm of our internal SharePoint ecosystem while driving a portfolio of evolving employee and culture programs from concept through execution.This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys bringing order to ambiguity, and can juggle multiple workstreams with precision and calm. Every week will look a little different --- and that's part of the appeal.Key Responsibilities Visual Communications & SharePoint Operations- Own day-to-day management of internal SharePoint sites and content libraries.- Ensure content is visually clear, well-structured, intuitive to navigate, and consistently up to date.- Align content updates to established Rhythms of Business (ROB), including all-hands, leadership communications, and recurring organizational moments.- Partner with leaders and program owners to publish announcements, updates, and resources in a predictable, high-quality manner.- Maintain strong content hygiene: accuracy, version control, archiving, and munications Data & Reporting- Track and report on communications engagement metrics (page views, usage trends, content performance).- Build and maintain lightweight dashboards or trackers to support decision-making.- Use data to identify what's resonating, where engagement is dropping, and where improvements are needed.Program Management (Ad Hoc & Portfolio-Based)- Support a range of employee experience and culture programs as needs evolve.- Design and execute programs end-to-end: concepting, planning, delivery, and iteration.- Build workback plans, timelines, dependencies, and success measures.- Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and follow-through.- Identify risks and gaps early and drive resolution quickly.- Continuously refine programs based on feedback and outcomes.Weekly Activities May Include- Managing and updating SharePoint content- Creating visual ROB materials- Attending business management meetings- Building communications dashboards- Partnering with the business manager on people programs- Providing status updates to the Chief of StaffIdeal Candidate Background- Program management experience supporting multiple, overlapping initiatives- Background in business management or Chief of Staff--type roles- Strong technical communications skills (SharePoint creation/updates, visual storytelling, light video editing)- Experience in large or complex organizations; Big Tech experience is a plus- Demonstrated interest in using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to streamline workflows, improve content quality, and enhance operational efficiencySkills & QualificationsRequired- 7+ years Program/Project Management experience- 5+ years SharePoint content management experience- 5+ years multimedia or visual communications experience (decks, diagrams, short videos)Additional QualificationsStrong
