Bcforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 6+ MonthsJob Type: Contract - Remote.Pay Range $55.00Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Job Description:Summary:The primary role of the Executive Market Aligned Recruiter (MAR/Talent Sourcer) is to identify and screen candidates for current and future executive-level positions. Additionally, this role involves promoting career opportunities within an organization.Job Responsibilities:Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.Screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.Prepare and maintain employment records.Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and form potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities.Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.Basic knowledge business and management principles involved in strategic planning.Previous experience with computer Office Productivity applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.Experience with standard Talent Acquisition applications such as LinkedIn, ATS, CRM, etc.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required.8+ years of talent sourcing experience., at least 4 years at the Executive level.8+ years of experience recruiting for engineering talent in the technology sector, preferably within enterprise level software, cloud services, and/or the AI/ML innovation sectors.Experience hiring business, product, and engineering executives AND executive level individual contributors within the tech industry is a must.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, inclusive of creating sourcing strategies.Experience with market insights and documenting/presenting insights for recruiters, hiring managers, and business leadership.Enjoys the hunt for talent and proactively engages talent for current and future needs.Must have experience working directly with hiring managers and business leadersExperience hiring corporate function roles in addition to engineering roles is a plus.Executive Sourcing & Market Research - Advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, pipeline building.Full-Cycle Executive Hiring - Screening, interviewing, offer negotiation for senior roles.Data & Compliance Expertise - Recruitment analytics and adherence to employment laws.Benefits:BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance,To view the full jo
