BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 3 Months contractJob Type: Contract and RemotePay Range: $65/hr. - $70/hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Candidate Requirements Years of Experience Required: 5+ or more overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role, but certificates and trainings are highly preferred. Disqualifiers: Candidates with less than 3 years of experience, a lack of business presence, and poor communication skills will not be eligible for the role. Additionally, candidates with less than 12 months of access available will not be eligible for this role. Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain 3 or more years of experience, has worked with CoPilot/ChatGPT, AI, in any capacity with preferably with Agents, has multiple certifications or trainings that are relevant to the role or Microsoft, and has a very strong growth mindset. The sponsor is also highly interested in candidates that are bilingual and can speak English and Spanish. Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting partner engagement KPIs.Top 4 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience1. Minimum 3 years experience with M365 co-pilot studio and power platform2. Minimum 2 years of experience Technical architectural diagrams3.
