BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 5 Months (Potential chances for extension)Job Type: [Fulltime] (40 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT], [REMOTE]Pay Range: $40/hr to $42/hr on W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Title: Program Marketing ManagerLocation: RemoteDuration: 6 Months (Potential chances for extension)Job Description:This role will serve as an orchestrator of field readiness and execution: it translates worldwide GTM and campaign guidance into actionable plans, enables the regional teams, and keep signals, assets, and comms flowing so that business goals are met across geos. In our org's R&Rs, these maps to Field Readiness, Community Engagement & Comms, including playbook enablement.Job Responsibilities: Comanages and follows through Channel Marketing content creation, ensuring marketing assets and playbooks land on time with the Field teams and is fulfilling seasonal business and marketing objectives Drive dynamic Line of Business community communications flow, ensure community is kept informed, aligned and focused on key priorities of the cycle and updates to execute. Work closely with/reports directly to the Lob Channel Marketing leader to facilitate field landing. Works in collaboration with: Channel Discipline Leads, Product Marketing Team PMs, and Account Teams to providing feedback to Corp on asset effectiveness in Field. Track marketing asset utilization rates to inform subsequent asset development cycle Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting field insights and drive community engagement.Key Projects Global Field Landing Support: Gather regional feedback to improve assets and messaging; act as the
