Job Description Summary As part of our R&D team you will lead CI/CD strategy and infrastructure for embedded and application development and focus on scalable, reproducible build systems and developer productivity. This position will play a critical role in new product development and sustaining development for existing platforms. In this position, you will collaborate with other members of the R&D team, developers, IT, and more. Responsibilities: + Architect andmaintaincomplex _Azure Pipelines_ for multi-target builds + Standardizebuild environments using _Docker_ and _Dev Containers_ + Design CI workflows for embedded firmware using _Keil_ , _GCC_ , and _Clang_ + Maintain andoptimize _MSBuild_ pipelines for Windows-based builds + Manage internal package distribution using _NuGet_ + Improve buildreliability, performance, and traceability + Define CI/CD standards, templates, and best practices + Design anddeveloptest fixtures and platforms tofacilitateproductcode functionality and efficacy Minimum Qualifications : + Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering or Scientific field with 4-6 years of experience ininfrastructure for embedded and application development + Strongexpertisewith _Azure DevOps_ and _YAML-based Azure Pipelines_ + Deep experience with _Docker_ for build isolation + Hands-on experience with embedded build systems ( _Keil_ _,_ _GCC, Clang_ ) + Advanced knowledge of _MSBuild_ + Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) including test development and execution + Experience debugging complex CI build failures Preferred Qualifications : + Experience with hardware-software integration + Experience with software testing, static analysis, and debugging at the hardware/software interface (ICE/JTAG) + Experience withsoftwaretestrequirements and design documentation + Excellent documentation and communication skills in writing and speech + Experience with cross-platform and cross-compiler CI pipelines + Knowledge of reproducible builds and build provenance + Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or firmware validation pipelines + Familiarity with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers + Knowledge of networking and storage systems + Experience in medical devices or another regulated industry + Familiarity with networking protocols, including wireless and Bluetooth + Understanding of object-oriented design andmethodology, including UML At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
