Drive Complex Design: Tackle challenging portions of the design process, including facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage communications. Collaborate and Influence: Work directly with clients, owners, and contractors to support construction and ensure successful project delivery. Own the Details: Prepare technical specifications and construction documents, ensuring alignment between drawings and specifications. Be the Expert: Serve as Electrical discipline lead or Quality Control reviewer in project meetings and contribute to proposals with innovative solutions.What Weu2019re Looking For Deep knowledge of electrical engineering design for semiconductor and mission critical manufacturing facilities. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering At least 12 years of engineering experience with building electrical systems Electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center, or mission critical facilities highly preferred Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as Switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc. Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP Effective verbal and written communication skills Team lead experienceIdeally, youu2019ll also have: Professional Engineer (PE) license Senior technical leadership experience Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software Effective analytical and problem-solving skills#afelectronics #LI-MP1 #electricalengineerJacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
