Hydraulic Mechanic

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul mobilemechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, such as cranes,bulldozers, graders, and conveyors, used in construction, logging, andsurface mining. Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul mobile mechanical,hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, such as cranes, bulldozers, graders,and conveyors, used in construction and farming. Diagnose faults ormalfunctions to determine required repairs, using engine diagnosticequipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices.Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly toensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers'specifications. Examine parts for damage or excessive wear, usingmicrometers and gauges. Assembling or disassembling equipment orcleaning parts. Repair and replace damaged or worn parts. Weld or solderbroken parts and structural members, using electric or gas welders andsoldering tools. Repair, or overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, andpneumatic equipment. Candidates should be able to workindependently and be a team player. Welding and/or machining experiencea plus. Good Driving Record. Safety Conscious. Candidate that posses apositive attitude, solid work ethic and mechanical aptitude. Candidateis required to have a respectable set of tools to perform theresponsibilities of the position. Job requires standing, lifting andoccasional climbing into construction equipment.
