HR Generalist

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our clients team in Portland, Oregon. This is a contract position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to essential human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and a proactive approach to managing daily operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns and ensuring workplace compliance with policies and regulations. u2022 Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization. u2022 Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries. u2022 Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline workflows. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to support corporate recruiting efforts, including posting job openings and screening candidates. u2022 Revise and update job descriptions to accurately reflect roles and responsibilities. u2022 Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and leadership. u2022 Process payroll using ADP Online, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee development and engagement. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration. u2022 Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices. u2022 Familiarity with benefits management and related regulations. u2022 Proficiency in HRIS platforms and ADP Online systems. u2022 Demonstrated ability to handle corporate recruiting and talent acquisition tasks. u2022 Skilled in revising job descriptions to align with organizational needs. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. u2022 Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
