JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Overview Positionsummary The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for all direct salesactivities, from lead generation to closing sales, for our Midwestterritory. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and implement anapproved sales plan, which will meet both the personal and businessgoals of the customer base in the assigned area. Working with municipalgovernment, independent sales reps, distributors, contractors andsupport teams, the Regional Sales Manager will aim to achieve customersatisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals that arein line with our company's vision and values. TERRITORY: IA, KS, MO andNE Responsibilities Essential Job Functions Perform field productdemonstrations Demonstrate technical selling skills and productknowledge Lead and support a team of internal and independent salesreps, ensuring alignment with business objectives Use value-addedselling techniques and make recommendations to prospects and clients Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans and attend tradeshows Submit detailed business information for pricing andpresentations of solutions to identify prospects Maintain accuraterecords of all sales and prospecting activities Maintain records ofcurrent projects and targets Participating in and contributing to thedevelopment of educational programs offered to clients, prospects,independent reps, and company employees Demonstrate the ability tocommunicate effectively across all levels of the organization Read,understand, and follow work instructions and standard work Partnerwith other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service,engineering, quality, and finance Understand customer needs and thecore business markets we serve Ensure business systems areimplemented, maintained, and function properly Participating inrequired company meetings Maintain an organized work area (5S) Complete all other work duties as assigned Qualifications MinimumRequirements, Education & Experience (incl.
