This position requires coordination and assistance with alldepartments of El Paso Water Parks and ensures that all operations of Food and Beverage are workingin an effective, timely, safe, and sanitary manner. Daily paperwork submittance and daily or monthlyinventory required. While ensuring a smooth everyday operation.Essential Duties & Responsibilitiesu2022 Food handling and preparation for concession and private events.u2022 Prepare food in a safe and presentable manner following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).u2022 Ensure completion of filling condiment dispensers, wiping down all surfaces, washing dishes, andkeeping all areas clean and safe for guests.u2022 Maintaining our standards of food quality.u2022 Responsible for the care, cleaning, and upkeep of issued equipment.u2022 Ability to assist F&B supervisor to oversee a team of 8+ food & beverage staff members daily.u2022 Assist as needed to relay and complete food orders as needed.u2022 Participate in service training programs for safety, and customer service.u2022 Report irregularities, discrepancies, damage, and loss of property and safety concerns promptly tosupervisor.u2022 Stay current with all training policies and procedures.u2022 Enforce El Paso Water Parks & Legends Global safety standards.u2022 Complete all required company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.u2022 Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.u2022 Maintains high standards, positive attitude, and professional appearance.u2022 Follow and enforce all sanitation procedures including safety guidelines and OSHA requirements .Food & Beverage Lead El Paso Water Parks Revised 01/06/26u2022 Attend staff meetings. Develop and maintain a harmonious working relationship with all otherdepartments.u2022 Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.u2022 Review all checklists, ensuring all have been completed and reviewed by the supervisor.u2022 Performs other related duties as assigned.u2022 Stay current with all training policies and procedures such as conducting or assisting with In-serviceswithin the department.u2022 Ability to conduct or assist Food & Beverage supervisor audits within the department.u2022 Assists Supervisor with daily or monthly inventory count of all kitchen items.Qualifications & Skillsu2022 Must be 18 years of age or older required.u2022 Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions.u2022 Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.u2022 Knowledge of food and beverage practices and procedures preferred.u2022 Must be able to obtain or have a current Food Handleru2019s license certificate.u2022 Desire to work outdoors during all-weather types to ensure a wonderful experience for our guests.u2022 Excellent verbal communication skills.u2022 Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Minimum Education & Experienceu2022 Working towards a High School Diploma or GED preferredComputer Skillsu2022 Operate a computer using basic skills and other standard office equipment preferred.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job.
