This position requires coordination and assistance with alldepartments of El Paso Water Parks and ensures that all operations of Food and Beverage are working in aneffective, timely, safe, and sanitary manner. Daily paperwork submittance and daily or monthly inventory required.While ensuring a smooth everyday operation.Essential Duties & Responsibilitiesu2022 Provide exceptional guest service by providing a fun, friendly, safe environment.u2022 Food handling and preparation for concession and private events.u2022 Prepare food in a safe and presentable manner following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).u2022 Ensure completion of filling condiment dispensers, wipe down all surfaces, wash dishes, and keep all areas cleanand safe for guests.u2022 Maintaining our standards of food quality.u2022 Responsible for the care, cleaning, and upkeep of issued equipment.u2022 Ability to work with a team to relay food orders as needed.u2022 Participate in service training programs for safety, and customer service.u2022 Report irregularities, discrepancies, damage, and loss of property and safety concerns promptly to supervisor.u2022 Complete all required company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.u2022 Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.u2022 Maintains high standards, positive attitude, and professional appearance.u2022 Attend staff meetings.
