Company: The Davey Tree Expert Company Locations: Chantilly, VA Additional Locations: NA Work Site: On Site Req ID: 219906 Position Overview Commercial Landscaping Account Manager Pay $60K-$65K depending on experience Job Duties Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and monitor daily operations and assigned book of business to ensure client expectations and contract specifications are met. u2022 Develop and implement strategies to achieve new contracts, contract enhancements, and renewal sales goals. u2022 Build and maintain a network of referral business through relationships with subcontractors, vendors, allied trades, and other associates. u2022 Monitor actual performance versus budget, develop strategies to address deviations, and review them with the management team. u2022 Ensure client satisfaction through outstanding service and by understanding and exceeding their expectations. u2022 Identify, estimate, and propose problem-solving and site enhancement opportunities for clients. u2022 Conduct property walk-throughs with team supervisors to suggest efficiency and quality improvements. u2022 Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of employees while promoting innovation, professionalism, and teamwork. u2022 Assign teams and equipment for maximum productivity and monitor equipment maintenance schedules. u2022 Pursue professional development in the horticultural industry and stay current on industry events and trends. Qualifications u2022 High school diploma or equivalent. u2022 One to two years of related industry experience and/or training. u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties. u2022 Driveru2019s license. u2022 Ability to acquire applicator licenses as necessary per state requirements. u2022 Ability to complete required safety courses upon hire. u2022 Ability to operate power equipment.
