Dry Cleaning Plant Lead

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, SaturdayHours: 20--25 hours per weekAvailability: Must be available to work on all four scheduled daysPay: $20.00 per hourJob SummaryHands-on role responsible for keeping back-of-house plant work moving correctly and on time. Duties include sorting garments, operating cleaning machines, performing quality checks, and assisting other plant staff as needed. This role does not include employee supervision.Training is provided. Prior dry cleaning experience is not required.Responsibilities- Sort incoming garments- Operate dry cleaning and washing machines- Organize and stage cleaned garments- Perform quality checks on finished items- Assist pressers and packers as needed- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Report issues when they ariseRequirements- 5+ years of verifiable work experience (Any industry)- Reliable and consistent work history- Ability to follow procedures and stay organized- Dependable and punctual- Physically able to stand, lift, and handle garments, with or without reasonable accommodation- Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and SaturdayPreferred (Not Required)Community involvement, volunteer work, or service in any formWork history and availability will be reviewed as part of the hiring process.Equal Opportunity Employer
