Youu2019ll handle a steady call volume while navigating multiple systems and may also assist with back-office tasks like claims processing and general administrative work. Your strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to deliver excellent customer service will help create a positive experience for every caller. Requirements: Weu2019re looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and natural empathy. To succeed in this role, you must have: u2022 Previous call center experience with high-volume calls u2022 Experience with healthcare or employer benefits (highly preferred) u2022 Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency u2022 Basic computer knowledge (command prompts, shortcuts, troubleshooting) u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills u2022 Strong problem-solving skills u2022 Ability to multitask effectively u2022 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision u2022 High school diploma or GED u2022 Successful background check & drug test (includes education and employment verification) u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older Key Duties: u2022 Help participants understand plan options and provisions u2022 Respond to client inquiries via phone and web u2022 Complete customer-related transactions with limited supervision u2022 Meet accuracy and timeliness standards u2022 Document calls thoroughly in the case management system u2022 Complete callbacks promptly and escalate when necessary u2022 Follow call center policies, procedures, and performance metrics u2022 Provide guidance on required forms and next steps u2022 Perform additional duties as assigned u2022 Comply with all company policies and standards _Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
