Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Field-based)Big Dreamers ABA is a growing ABA therapy company. We are looking for part time or full time BCBAs with strong skills, experience, and passion for helping children with autism spectrum disorder using ABA principles.At Big Dreamers ABA we care deeply about each child. We believe that working together as a team leads to enhanced and continuous progress as we strive to discover each child’s hidden abilities.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):The BCBA will develop, implement, and maintain behavior analytic comprehensive treatment and behavior plans for individuals with autism and their stakeholders.Responsibilities:Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and develop ABA treatment and behavior intervention plansTrain and supervise behavior technicians in ABA programs across applicable settingsEducate and work with parents on behavior analytic techniquesCoordinate care with client’s other service providersCreate and maintain effective data collection methodsTrack and analyze data and modify/create new programs accordinglyAttend team meetings and trainingsDirectly work with clients when applicableQualifications:Current (and maintain) BCBA certification (and licensure when required)Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related human services field (e.g., education, social work, or psychology)Minimum one (1) year as a BCBA, or similar supervisory roleExcellent verbal/written communication skillsCompliant with HIPAA, BACB, and insurance fundersFluent Spanish speakingPreferred qualifications:Proficient at writing initial and progress reportsComfortable using electronic data collection and reporting technology (CentralReach)Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $80 to $100 per hourEducation:Master's (Required)Benefits:Flexible SchedulePaid Time OffHoliday payFree CEUsDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceSchedule:After schoolDay shiftWeekends as neededLicense/Certification:BCBA Certification (Required)LBA Certification (Required)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Work Location: remoteJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hourBenefits:Continuing education creditsDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programVision insuranceLanguage:Spanish (Required)License/Certification:BCBA (Required)Work Location: 75% Remote
