This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, hands-on, and engaging in structured skill-building, independence training, and behavioral support.As an RBT at Beyond Care Therapy, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder reach their full potential using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
