ServiceLink is seeking experienced, Certified appraisers to join our Staff Appraiser team. Only Certified Residential or Certified General appraisers will be considered. No trainee or licensed appraisers permitted **Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.A DAY IN THE LIFEIn this role, you will…Provide Desktop and Field appraisal reports according to client requirementsProvide quality Review Appraisals as well as handle Quality Control escalationsPerform quality control reviews on complex valuation reportsTroubleshoot, discuss, and independently resolve complex quality control escalations with both field appraisers and lender clientsAssist on valuation projectsWHO YOU AREYou possess …Certified Residential/General Appraiser designationHigh School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferredExperience appraising a broad range of property types, including those typical of your coverage areasSufficient computer skills to develop appraisal reports and communicate effectivelyProficiency in the Microsoft software productsAbility to work independentlyCommitment to development of quality appraisal productsInterest in appraisal innovation and integrity
