Our facility is located at 2114 McDaniel Dr., Carrollton, TX 75006.BuzzBallz is seeking a proactive and resourceful Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation, safety, and reliability of our production, warehouse, and office facilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who understands what it takes to maintain a manufacturing environment and knows how to coordinate the right resources to get issues resolved quickly. The Facilities Coordinator will partner across teams and vendors to ensure facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to support uninterrupted operations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily facilities operations across manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments.Serve as the point of contact for facility-related needs including parking lots, building systems, office moves, and infrastructure issues.Coordinate vendors and contractors for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm, and other facility systems.Support preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable facility operations.Assist with compliance for fire suppression, alarm systems, wastewater systems, and safety-related infrastructure.Support facility improvement projects, capital projects, and documentation while managing multiple priorities.Requirements (Must-Have)Minimum 3 years of experience supporting facilities, maintenance, or building operations.Associate’s degree or higher in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of facility operations within a production or manufacturing environment.Ability to independently identify issues, coordinate solutions, and follow through to resolution.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to work with all levels of the organization.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using systems such as CMMS or ERP platforms.Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial facilities.Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, and safety systems.Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or capital improvement projects.Experience working with NetSuite or similar purchasing and facilities management systems.Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, as well as FSA options. 401k with employer matching, PTO, free lunch on weekdays and growth opportunities.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
