This role ensures the organization consistently delivers high-quality products safely, on time, and at or below cost targets. The Director will develop operational capabilities, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead the organization toward its long-term growth and operational excellence goals. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
