The UnityPoint Clinic team is known for excellence and quality patient care putting patients at the center of their care to provide the best level of health and well-being.Autonomously provides high-quality care to patients in their homesVisit types to include: Hospital at Home, Urgent Care, and Primary CareMonday-Friday, 8am-5pmAverage of 4-6 patients per day, must be able to flex schedule as needs arise Travel Radius: 25 miles of Iowa Methodist Medical CenterShared call amongthe providers at a rotation of 1:3 or 1:4 (Triaged through MyNurse)Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient careExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skillsNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with preferred ICU, ED, or Critical Care experienceBoard CertifiedHold a valid Driver’s LicenseHold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practiceEligible to work in the United StatesWe offerCompetitive compensation packageA competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
