If you are collaborative, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and believe in FUN this might be for YOU!What You’ll be DoingOversee park safety and security and report incidents to Public Safety ManagementMaintain a safe and secure environment for guests and Model CitizensAssist with investigations and complete accurate written reportsRecord observations, incidents, and participate in surveillance activitiesInterview witnesses and obtain photographs when requiredMonitor access control points and conduct security screeningsDispatch and respond to radio callsSecure facilities, equipment, and resort assetsExecute opening, operating, and closing procedures as directedPerform other duties as assignedAbout YouHold a valid New York State Security Guard License, or provide proof of current enrollment at the time of interviewPrior experience in security, retail, loss prevention, or first responder roles preferredAble to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, nights, and occasional overnight shiftsFriendly, professional, and guest-focused with strong communication skillsCalm under pressure with excellent situational awareness and sound judgmentDependable, responsible, and a strong team playerWell-groomed appearance and professional demeanorPhysically capable of standing and walking for extended periods and long distancesAble to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rainPassionate about creating safe, memorable experiences—especially for childrenWhy You’ll Love Working HereBe part of a supportive, experienced Public Safety teamWork in a fun, high-energy theme park environmentGain valuable experience in resort and guest-focused securityMake a real impact by helping families enjoy a safe, magical visitBe alert.
