This role involves working closely with the family’s primary nannies to support the daily care and routines of multiple children, including a baby and toddler. The ideal candidate will have experience working in fully staffed homes with stay-at-home parents, be equally confident in both supportive and independent care roles, and bring a proactive, detail-oriented, and calm approach to each day. A team-first mindset, clear communication, and flexibility—especially around travel and schedule changes—are essential. A history of long-term roles and reliability is highly valued.Schedule:Day Shift:Sunday - Thursday 2pm to 10pmNight Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 10pm - 8amTravel:will be requested roughly 6-8 weeks per yearKey Responsibilities:Daytime Nanny will partner with the main nannies to manage daily routines and provide hands-on support throughout the dayConfidently care for all children independently when needed, including during short periods when the main caregivers are unavailableAssist with nursery and child-related housekeeping: laundry, bottle cleaning, toy organization, and restocking supplies (including baby milk)Daytime nanny will support the mother with school pickups, after-school activities, or stay home with the infant as neededDaytime nanny will assist and support children with homeworkNight nanny will provide gentle overnight care for a seven-month-old, including feeding and soothingParticipate in bath time, meal prep, and bedtime routinesMonitor and support children’s dietary needs by maintaining a detailed daily food log utilizing a nutrition trackerMaintain flexibility for occasional travel and schedule adjustmentsTravel with the family 6-8 weeks of the yearIdeal Candidate Qualifications:Has experience in private homesIs professional, warm, and understands appropriateboundaries in the workplaceBrings a collaborative, team-first attitude when joining the household's well-established teamIs reliable, discreet, and proactive, with a positive and flexible mindsetHas excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their workIs comfortable navigating a large home and working on their feet for extended periodsHas strong references and a desire to contribute to a long-term, respectful work environmentIs legally authorized to work in the U.S. and can pass a background checkIs passport ready and eager to travelMust be local to the Austin, TX areaCompensation & Benefits:$40+ per hour, based on experienceFull medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) and discretionary year-end bonus10 days paid vacation, 3 sick days, and 6 paid holidaysActively Seeking Applicants!
