Geotechnical Business Development Executive

Job Description Day-to-day: Drive strategic business development by identifying new projects, cultivating relationships with developers, contractors, and government agencies, and expanding service lines across Environmental, Geotechnical, Natural Resources, and Contaminated Media. Oversee technical project delivery at a high levelu2014ensuring scope, schedule, and quality standardsu2014while guiding a division of engineers and aligning resources for success. Act as the firmu2019s marketplace presence by networking with industry peers, engaging in ACEC activities, and leading growth in key sectors such as DOT/Transportation and Energy & Gas. Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar Plusses: u2003- PE, PMP u2003- Federal/Port authority experience u2003- Complex permitting and stakeholder coordination of federal projects u2003- Experience scaling practices across multiple offices/regions u2003- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to create value propositions. Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar
