Our client, a leading organization in the technology services industry, is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join their team. As a Desktop Support Technician , you will be part of the End User Services / Desktop Support Department supporting IT Operations and Corporate Users . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills , excellent communication abilities , and critical thinking skills , which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Desktop Support Technician Location: Longmont, CO Pay Range: 36$ per hour Whatu2019s the Job? + Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware/software. + Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide highu2011quality customer support directly to end users. + Install, configure, and repair Windows and Mac OS systems, ensuring secure and compliant environments. + Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely completion according to SLAs. + Support conference room technology including Teams, Zoom, projectors, audio systems, and telephony equipment. Whatu2019s Needed? + 5+ years of desktop support experience with strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking. + Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS/Android mobile support, and Active Directory. + Experience with system imaging, SCCM/MECM, Bomgar, and enterprise ticketing tools like ServiceNow. + Strong understanding of data integrity, password security, and device encryption (BitLocker). + Associate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience; relevant certifications (A+, MCP, HDI) preferred.
