This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see:Volt is immediatelyhiring for Project Manager- Remote Role (Newark, NJ).As a Project Manager Coordinator, you will:The Project/Program Coordinator supports the Program Manager inday-to-day operations and assists with projects across multipleworkstreams. This role ensures smooth execution by coordinatingactivities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication amongteam members and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management:- Collaborate with the Program Manager and PMO to uphold program vision, priorities, and strategic roadmap.- Monitor progress on critical initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.- Maintain key program deliverables, including PMO agendas, follow-ups, program plans, monthly status reviews, and RAID logs.Governance & Communication:- Assist in developing and managing program governance frameworks using templates, toolkits, and standardized reporting protocols.- Draft and prepare leadership readouts, status updates, and escalation reports for review and feedback.- Organize and support governance meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.- Participate in program meetings to ensure timely communication of key updates and issues to leadership.Project Management Support:- Coordinate and oversee project activities, timelines, and deliverables within the program.- Support project leads with task tracking, progress reporting, and resource coordination.- Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks or issues, escalating to the Program Manager when necessary.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation for stakeholder accessibility.Education- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).Experience- 5+ years in program or project management, preferably in Technology, Real Estate, or Asset Management domains.- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving coordination across multiple business groups.Skills- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- Proficiency in program governance and risk management frameworks.This is a Contract full time opportunity.Pay Rate: $60.00 - $85.00 per hourPay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on severalfactors, including the candidate's education, work experience, worklocation, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate considerationPlease hit APPLY to provide the required information, and we will beback in touch as soon as possible.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that includethe following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability,AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required bylaw), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind ofunlawful discrimination and harassment.
