QC Inspector

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Monitor and report Quality Assurance and Quality Control aspects of required work scope package(s). + Control and ensure the accuracy of all required component parts. + Completion of various inspection and quality reports. + Mechanical and inspection report completion to the required standard. + Ensure traceability of all parts required and documentation trail are in place. + Record and document traceable information which will be required to certify the manufacturing process, to the highest standard. + Perform all work-related duties as assigned. + Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies, procedures and guidelines. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Strategic + 2+ years of hands-on Dimensional inspection experience utilizing precision tools included but not limited to: Calipers, OD Mics, Dial Indicators, etc. + Ability to understand, evaluate and apply technical information (Functional Technical Learning). + Proven ability to read and comprehend GDNT drawings and Critical Dimension reports. + Comprehension of MTR's and NDT certificates. + Knowledge of Coatings a plus Operating + Be willing to provide colleagues with the information they need to complete their tasks and eliminate roadblocks (informing). + Be quick to identify critical information and respond appropriately (Priority Setting).
