This includes maintaining the Outsideu00a0Sales schedule by ensuring timely material deliveriesu00a0and that jobs are completed according to contract. You will manage the flow ofu00a0paperwork, maintain an information database, and create service requests in the POS system. Most importantly, you will communicate with Outside Sales Reps on their needs as well as work effectively with vendors to ensure thatu00a0the needs of the customer are being met.u00a0 Requirementsu00a0 + Ability to prioritizeu00a0responsibilities tou00a0meet deadlinesu00a0 + Self-starteru00a0 + Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detailu00a0 + Effective communication skillsu00a0 + Ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsu00a0 + Ability to analyze problems and provide resolutionsu00a0 + Experience withu00a0Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excelu00a0 Responsibilities of the Position: Sales Support + Assists in building and maintaining relationships with contractor customers by providing superior customer service. + Acts as a point of contact at the store by supplying advice and information on products, estimates and delivery scheduling. + Ensures all lines of communication are tied together. + Assists the outside sales program to ensure that sales and profit goals are met. + Processes orders and ensures that materials are available for timely shipment. + Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed. + Other duties as assigned. Estimating + Performs material take-offs from a variety of blueprints in a timely manner. + Reviews construction documents and understands material to bid to provide accurate take-offs and adequate support.
