About Us We are a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP); building automation; and industrial piping contractor. Our team offers a variety of MEP and process piping services, including design-build engineering for new construction and renovation, installation and specialty construction, maintenance, and air balancing, start-up, and energy efficiency services. Job Summary DeBra-Kuempel is seeking to fill a Tool Inventory Associate position in our Cincinnati, Ohio location. The Tool Inventory Associatewill help and assist with the inventory system used to track, inspect and organize company assets. This position will also be critical in staying current with required OSHA Safety inspections. This job will require local and minimal overnight travel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Make Jobsite visits to inspect tools, equipment and safety related items. + Daily local travel (Truck provided during working hours) + Minimal overnight travel maybe required. + Daily organization and log records of all inspections and jobsite visits. + Communication with Tool Manager on location of tools and equipment. + Working with Tool watch manager to maintain accurate inventory records. + Creating and managing weekly inspection schedules. + Making sure OSHA standards and requirements are being met during inspections. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is regularly required to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to commute to field locations. The employee must have the ability to navigate around job site and be an approved driver per company Fleet and Driver policy. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + General computer skills required.
