Martin and Son is a diversified construction company specializing in commercial and residential flooring, glass and glazing, walls and ceilings, commercial doors and hardware, and millwork and fixture installation. Window & Door Fabricator Position Description: We are seeking a Shop Fabricator to work with our Commercial Glass and Doors & Hardware fabrication team. Window & Door Fabricator Principal Responsibilities: + Fabrication of aluminum windows and doors Other Duties As Assigned: Performs other related duties as assigned including supporting team members in the completion of their work for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the business. Window & Door Fabricator Experience/Technical Skills Required: + Storefront and curtainwall experience is a plus + Doors and hardware experience is a plus + Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work + Ability to lift heavy objects including the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor that is essential to completing the project + Must possess the skills to multi-task, work in a team setting, and meet deadlines + A valid state driveru2019s license is preferred Conditions of Employment: Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug test.
