UX Designer

Position OverviewWere looking for an experienced UX Designer to shape intuitive, end-to-end user experiences for our website and Autodesk Flow Studio, our AI-powered VFX platform. Flow Studio brings visual effects to creators of all levels, with applications extending beyond film and VFX into new creative this role, youll work closely with product, engineering, machine learning, and computer graphics teams to define user-centered solutions for complex creative workflows. Youll play a key role in translating advanced technology into experiences that feel simple, clear, and empowering.At the intersection of film, AI, and cutting-edge technology, this role offers a rare opportunity to work on products that redefine creative workflows. Youll collaborate with world-class talent across machine learning, computer vision, and computer graphics - while continuously learning and pushing the boundaries of UX in an emerging space.ResponsabilitiesPartner with Founders, Product Management, Engineering, ML, and CG teams to define and deliver user-centered product experiencesLead UX efforts from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, interaction design, and validationTranslate complex technical workflows into intuitive, usable experiencesCreate and maintain user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and experience modelsConduct user research, define personas, and run usability testing to inform design decisionsAdvocate for user-centered design principles across the product lifecycleEstablish and evolve UX standards, guidelines, and best practicesStay current on UX methods, tools, and emerging trendsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience as a UX Designer working on complex digital productsStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and problem-solvingExperience with user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisionsProficiency in UX and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar)Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and interaction design principlesAbility to clearly communicate design rationale to diverse stakeholdersExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsBackground in HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a plusWhy Should You Consider Joining Us?
