Opportunity: Corporate Marketing AssociateThe Corporate Marketing Associate, Branded Portfolio supports the Corporate Director of Brand Marketing by translating brand direction into approved content, creative assets, and executional support across HHM Hotels’ branded portfolio. This role functions as a hands-on marketing partner, helping ensure brand-compliant copy, imagery, and creative materials are developed and delivered to support Regional teams.This position is ideal for a developing marketing professional with strong execution skills who is ready to manage projects independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow within a corporate brand environment. While this role does not own brand strategy or digital execution, it plays an important role in supporting consistent, on-brand marketing delivery across multiple properties.Your Growth PathMarketing Manager - Marketing Director - Senior Director of MarketingYour FocusesBrand Content Execution & SupportSupport corporate brand strategy across assigned properties by delivering approved copy, imagery, and creative assets.Assist in translating brand standards, business plans, and seasonal priorities into clear content needs and deliverables.Ensure marketing materials are accurate, brand-compliant, and aligned with approved positioning.Creative & Content ExecutionProvide brand-compliant copy and imagery to support channel execution teams.Review creative materials for brand alignment prior to deployment.Support ongoing content refreshes across digital and property marketing needs.Photography & Asset ManagementPartner with the Corporate Director of Brand Marketing to coordinate photography and videography projects, including shot lists, scheduling, and vendor communication.Assist in reviewing and organizing approved image libraries for portfolio use.Ensure assets are properly labeled, stored, and accessible to execution teams.Project, Vendor & Agency SupportSupport the execution of brand and creative projects from briefing through delivery.Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and feedback with photographers, designers, writers, and creative partners.Track project status and flag risks or delays for review.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Digital and eCommerce teams by supplying approved content and creative assets needed for execution.Coordinate with Revenue, Sales, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to support approved promotions and programming.Maintain clear and timely communication with property and regional teams regarding expectations and timelines.Performance Awareness & GrowthReview performance insights shared by Digital and Revenue teams to understand content effectiveness.Identify content gaps or refresh needs and share recommendations with the Corporate Director of Brand Marketing.Build knowledge of brand standards, platforms, and hospitality marketing best practices.Professional DevelopmentGrow executional confidence and project ownership over time.Stay current on brand guidelines, creative trends, and hospitality marketing tools.Represent HHM Hotels professionally in internal meetings and vendor interactions.Your Background and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.1-3 years of marketing, brand, or creative experience, preferably within hospitality or a multi-unit environment.Experience supporting brand-compliant copy and imagery development.Familiarity with branded hotel standards and systems (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG preferred).Experience coordinating with creative vendors such as photographers, designers, or writers.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects with guidance in a fast-paced environment.HHM Benefits and PerksMedical, Dental and Vision Health InsurancePaid Time Off401k Company MatchFree Basic Life Insurance24/7 access to TELUS Health, a confidential work-life resource.Travel DiscountsCommuter Transit and Commuter Parking BenefitsEmployee Assistance and Wellness ProgramEducational/Professional DevelopmentReferral Bonus ProgramWork Environment and ContextOccasional travel for photoshoots, launches, or key initiatives.May require flexibility outside standard business hours based on project needs.Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.What We BelievePeople Are Our Capability - Hearts That Serve - Only Excellence - Stay Nimble - Own ItHHM Hotels is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
