Construction Manager

Job Description About the Role The Data Center Construction Manager owns day-to-day site execution for green-field and brown-field GPU data-center builds worldwide. You will orchestrate general contractors, trades and vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget facilities that meet the company's extreme power-and-cooling density targets. Job Description u2003u2022 Build, maintain, and execute integrated schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) covering design, procurement, construction and commissioning. u2003u2022 Enforce safety program; drive zero-incident culture across all subcontractors. u2003u2022 Coordinate CSA and MEP trades, resolving field conflicts in real time. u2003u2022 Track and report daily progress, spend, earned value and resource loading; issue recovery plans when needed. u2003u2022 Verify on-site QA/QC, material submittals, RFI and change-order processes. u2003u2022 Interface with Design, Procurement, Commissioning and Operations teams to ensure seamless hand-offs. u2003u2022 Lead development of scopes of work and technical exhibits for critical path trades and packages. u2003u2022 Manage execution of construction contracts, from award through close-out, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and technical specs. u2003u2022 Oversee contractor adherence to key deliverables, payment terms, reporting cadence, and site-specific protocols.
