This position is based at our South Bend, IN location., The hourly rate for this position is $21.56 per hour.The core hours are 2:00pm - 10:20pm.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. We will reopen as needed until the req is full.What youâll do:The Production Worker will work in a self-directed, team oriented, advanced forging operation to produce quality product safely and this function you will:⢠, , Perform equipment and tooling set-ups as specified by the Process Sheet Work Instructions.⢠, , Perform quality inspection including gauge usage, SPC tracking and blueprint reading.⢠, , Participate as a team member to continuously improve operations.⢠, , Perform preventative maintenance and inspection checks on equipment and forklifts.⢠, , Operate and make necessary adjustments to the forge press, trim press, automatic loader, automatic graphite spray system, heat induction system and all related controls. Operate spray lubricant as required.⢠, , Communicate with all other team members to assure quality product production and customer satisfaction.⢠, , Participate in teams and/or taskforces that are directly related to plant operations and continuous improvement.,
