If you have the required skill set, education requirements, and experience, please click the submit button and follow the next steps.Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is, 'On-Site' at the location detailed in the job post.Salary Range:$28.00 To $40.00 HourlyCustom Truck One Source (CTOS)2370 English Street, St Paul 55109The Installation Production Technician is responsible for up-fitting and customizing utility trucks and truck-mounted equipment to CTOS specifications., This role involves installing, modifying, and enhancing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to prepare vehicles for customer and industry-specific use. You will work hands-on with chassis, bodies, and equipment such as buckets, diggers, aerials, and related components while following CTOS quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, remove, and modify truck bodies and mounted equipmentPerform chassis preparation, bolting, welding, hydraulic plumbing, and electrical wiringModify truck wheelbases and install or remove suspension components as requiredInstall and troubleshoot 12-volt electrical systems, including lighting, controls, and power accessoriesRead and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, hydraulic diagrams, and installation instructionsRoute wiring harnesses along frame rails and between drive axlesMaintain tools, equipment, and work area to ensure a safe and efficient shop environmentWork efficiently in a fast-paced production settingPerform other duties as assigned to support shop operationsElectrical ,Technical SkillsStrong mechanical aptitudeExperience with 12-volt electrical systems, including multiplex wiringGeneral knowledge of electrical components such as switches, relays, fuses, circuit breakers, diodes, and resistorsExperience with hydraulics, vehicle assembly, welding, and general mechanics is highly preferred
