The Role The Senior Tax Preparer is a key contributor within the tax team, responsible for accurate, highu2011quality tax preparation and planning support. This role is ideal for an Enrolled Agent or taxu2011focused CPA with strong experience serving highu2011netu2011worth individuals. The position is primarily focused on 1040 preparation during tax seasons, with planning, analysis, and client support work throughout the year. Key Responsibilities + Prepare individual tax returns (1040u2011focused); experience with 1041/1065 is a plus. + Communicate directly with clients to gather documents and ensure a smooth experience. + Prepare tax projections, estimated payments, and supporting analysis. What You Bring + 3+ years of handsu2011on tax preparation experience. + Enrolled Agent preferred; CPAs with a tax focus are also welcome. + Proficiency with Lacerte is required. + Experience working directly with highu2011netu2011worth clients. + Strong understanding of advanced tax topics (QSBS, Opportunity Zones, gifting strategies, stock compensation, etc.). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective prioritization. + Techu2011savvy, adaptable, and comfortable working independently. + A commitment to integrity, professionalism, and clientu2011first service.
