C Level Technician

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an C Level Technician to work for an automotive client. u2022u2003Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with company standards. u2022u2003Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts. u2022u2003Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the technical team. u2022u2003Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended. u2022u2003Communicates with lead technician immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time. u2022u2003Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order. u2022u2003Willingness to learn and grow with the company. u2022u2003Inspects and test drives newly delivered vehicles for obvious damage and missing major components and drivability functions. u2022u2003Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to lead technician. u2022u2003Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies the lead technician immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle. u2022u2003Keeps shop area neat and clean. u2022u2003Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as they were received. u2022u2003Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. u2022u2003Reports any safety issues immediately to management. u2022u2003Must meet productivity and efficiency goals and other KPIs set by leadership.
